    Verified Amazon Review by PTR3: Outstanding. A real book that really helps one cope in a complex world. It is one thing to be introspective and it is another to find solutions to what you find. Dr. Brown’s efforts offer an opportunity to move beyond the counter productive mind noise and I personally cannot thank her enough.
    If you want to get an overview watch her TEDx Talk. It is worth it.

    Verified Amazon.ca Review by Steph: If I could give this book more than 5 star I would. It may sound dramatic but this book has totally changed my view on the world. I can honestly say there isn’t a “type” of person that this book is designed for. If you want to have a more positive outlook on life and improve yourself as a person then this is the book for you. I can’t say enough good things about this book. Where is has the greatest impact has been on how I parent. It has broken old ways of thinking and opened up a new world of love and kindness. Worth EVERY penny!!!
